Journeys

Each journey is 40 days long. Your journey begins whenever you want it to! You will get a workbook, belong to a private Facebook Group, some fun gifts, and most importantly, a new beginning! Journeys include daily workbook pages, a 1-1 call with me, and weekly checkpoint meetings (virtual or in-person). We will focus on hard truths, self-limiting beliefs, who you are, who you want to be, your values, and set your goals to help you be the you God designed you to be.

Planner + Gratitude Journal

I love journaling my gratitude. I also love a good planner! So, I put them together in my 12-month Planner + Gratitude Journal. You can either download a version, or I can send you a hard copy.

Workbook

Here is a rundown of everything that is in the workbook, Hard stuff, fear, self-limiting beliefs, memories part one and two, forgiveness, who are you, good stuff, icky stuff, hard truths, good truths, gifts and talents, what are you doing now, do they match, the nudge, faith over fear, dreams, alignment, values, how are you showing up, hero, mentor, leader, show up the way you want to, outcomes, boundaries, motivation, goals, massive action, affirmations, visualization, vision board, good in and good out, gratitude and giving back, we may stumble, pitfalls, and making a massive action plan!
